By ordering the test you are agreeing to take the saliva specimen according to the instructions
found on the page "How to do the test."
Unfortunately there can be no refunds
for the kit, since the price you are paying is for shipping and handling.
When you send in the specimen with either your credit card information or a money order, we will refund the
price of the test if the specimen is not adequate, or otherwise not able to be run.
